Each
class consists of simple Yoga poses and stretches to release tension
across the neck, shoulders, lower and upper back areas, gently opening
the body.
These stretches are complemented by traditional Yoga standing poses
to bring strength and tone to the entire body. Emphasis is placed on
encouraging students to practice to their body’s ability.
Classes conclude with a lengthy relaxation period to restore the body,
calm the mind and nurture the soul.
